Terms & Conditions Three Sisters - Wild Meadow farms In-Home Cottage Bakery

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
We accept various forms of payments [including and not limited to Square / Cash / Venmo / etc.].
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup/delivery for a full refund (minus any deposit for custom work).
No refunds on completed orders, perishable goods, or custom items.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot fulfill it.

Pickup is available from our home bakery in North Liberty, Iowa. Please arrive on time.
Delivery is available in limited areas for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Perishable items must be picked up or delivered promptly.

All baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens (wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, soy, etc.).
Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Consume products within recommended timeframes. We are not liable for any adverse reactions.

All photos, designs, and content on our website and social media belong to Three Sisters - Wild Meadow farms. You may not use them without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
