Shipping / Pickup Policy

We do not ship our products.

All orders are available for local pickup only from our home bakery in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Pickup Information:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Please bring a cooler bag or insulated container if needed, especially during warm weather.

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance and strictly followed.

  • We are unable to hold orders beyond the agreed pickup time.
     

We do not offer shipping or mailing of perishable baked goods.

Local Delivery Option: Limited local delivery is available in the Cedar Rapids / Solon / Ely  / Shueyville / North Liberty and Iowa City area for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability.

Refund Policy
All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup/delivery.

  • Orders cancelled after this window or after baking has started are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide refunds due to change of mind, dietary reactions, or if the product does not meet personal taste preferences.
     

Exceptions

We will only consider exceptions in extreme cases (such as significant errors on our part) at our sole discretion.

Due to the perishable nature of our homemade baked goods, we cannot accept returns.

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

  • We accept various forms of payment [including but not limited to Square / Cash / Venmo / etc.].

  • Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Please cancel at least 48 hours before pickup/delivery for a full refund (minus any deposit for custom work).

  • No refunds are available for completed orders, perishable goods, or custom items.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot fulfill it.

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup is available from our home bakery in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Please arrive on time.

  • Delivery is available in limited areas for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • Perishable items must be picked up or delivered promptly.

4. Allergies & Food Safety

  • All baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens (wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, soy, etc.).

  • Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

  • Consume products within recommended timeframes. We are not liable for any adverse reactions.

5. Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, designs, and content on our website and social media belong to Three Sisters - Wild Meadow Farms. You may not use them without permission.
